How to care for your brushes?

• Do not clean them with cleaners or brush cleaning fluids (avoid all types of solvents, such as isopropyl alcohol and acetone). Alcohol and acetone dry out the bristles and can cause them to deform.
• When working with watercolor or acrylic paint, wash the brush in warm water with shampoo or soap. You can also care for the bristles with hair conditioner. If the bristles have twisted unruly in the other direction, immerse the brush in hot water.
• When working with gel or hybrid paint, clean the brush with a thin product such as a base or top coat and store it away from sunlight.
