Brilliance powder is extremely easy to apply! Just sprinkle it on a wet top coat and cure in a LED/UV lamp. This will give you a frosted effect. The second method of application is to rub it smoothly into the dispersion layer of the base/color. Top it off, then secure with a top coat and cure again. The surface of the nail will be smooth, and the pattern will resemble a thousand tiny sparkling particles.
If you want to use the powder to decorate ornaments, simply paint the pattern with MollyLac Artistic Gel and sprinkle the powder on it before curing. After curing in the lamp, the whole thing will reveal the artistry of glitter decoration.
