How to apply the Lumino effect to gel/hybrid:
- Paint your nails with a base coat
- Paint your nails with your favorite color and cure (repeat for a better effect)
- Use a brush to rub the powder firmly into the dispersion (sticky) layer of the polish or sprinkle it onto the uncured polish - two options - different color intensity!
- Remove excess powder with a soft brush or toothbrush
- Paint with a top coat and cure
